What Is Femme Jock™?

Femme Jock™ is a supportive pelvic undergarment designed to provide gentle external lift and stability during daily activities and movement. It is not a medical device, but may be used as a comfort and support aid as part of your routine.

Why Your Provider May Have Recommended It

Your provider may suggest Femme Jock™ if you:

  • Want additional pelvic support during activity or long days
  • Prefer non-compressive support that allows natural movement
  • Experience discomfort with traditional athletic supporters
  • Are looking for a low-profile garment that fits under regular clothing

How It Works

  • A front support panel gently cradles the pelvic area

What Femme Jock™ Does—and Does Not Do

It may help with:

  • Feeling supported during walking, exercise, or standing
  • Improving comfort during daily movement
  • Maintaining garment position without squeezing

It does not:

  • Replace pelvic floor therapy or prescribed devices
  • Provide rigid or medical-grade correction
  • Treat medical conditions

How to Wear

  • Put on like standard underwear
  • Ensure the waistband sits comfortably at the hips
  • Adjust positioning so the front panel feels supportive but not tight

Your provider may recommend trying it during movement to assess comfort.

Fit & Sizing

  • Available sizes: XS–4XL
  • Choose your usual underwear size unless advised otherwise
  • The garment should feel supportive, not restrictive

When Not to Use

  • Over open wounds or irritated skin
  • If you experience pain, numbness, or skin irritation (discontinue use)
  • If your provider has recommended a medical or rigid pelvic support device instead

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash cold
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Do not iron
