How to Measure

What You’ll Need

  • A soft measuring tape
  • Comfortable clothing (or measure over underwear)

Step 1: Find the Right Spot

Stand comfortably and locate your low hip area, where the Femme Jock is designed to sit. This is below your belly and across the hips, not at the waist.

Step 2: Measure Your Low Hips

Wrap the measuring tape snugly — but not tight — around the widest part of your low hips, where the will rest. The tape should feel secure without digging in.

Step 3: Check Your Size

Use your hip measurement to find your size on the Femme Jock size chart. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort, especially during pregnancy.

No. Femme Jock is not shapewear or waist-slimming. It’s designed to offer gentle, targeted pelvic support without tight compression or restriction.

Can I sleep in Femme Jock?

Femme Jock is not designed for overnight or sleep wear. We recommend wearing it during waking hours when you’re active and need support.

Can Femme Jock help with pelvic floorprolapse?

Femme Jock is designed to provide gentle, external pelvic support that may help improve comfort for women experiencing pelvic pressure or heaviness. It does not treat or cure pelvic floor prolapse, but many women use it as part of their everyday support routine.

Can you wear this under a bathing suit?

No . You cannot wear this directly on your skin. You need to wear this over only and make sure the elastic doesn’t touch your skin.
You can wear this over your bathing suit if the bathing suit covers all areas that femme jock covers or my suggestion is to wear a shorts inside the bathing suit and then wear femme jock.

Will the pool chlorine harm the material?

Not really. Simply hand wash it and lay flat to dry. Please note that elastic stretches and contracts after wearing and washing and this process get repeated. So over time it will wear out and not after few times of use.

Can you wear it instead of underwear?

No.Femme jock is not a replacement of your underwear. It cannot be work directly on skin as it contains natural rubber latex in the elastic that gives it the stretch.

Also during heavy activity they make my knees sweat, It's not so bad if I wear thermal underwear and put these over top.
They're very durable and machine washable.

I bought this product because I had over trained and the insides of my elbow joints were experiencing some pain. It was not tennis elbow so I knew I needed to offer some support to my joints while I continued to train and as my elbows healed. This product fit the bill perfectly! Moderate support, during my workouts and if I am feeling the need I can wear it periodically throughout the day as well. Supports range of motion and yet giving the joint support as you continue to move so that it also continues to heal. My elbows are feeling better and I am using them less and less. And yet I feel completely comfortable to pull them on if I am feeling the need.

So Far, So Good

I'm on day two of wearing the compression belt. I have a hiatal hernia as well as severe diastasis recti. Along with these issues, I also have compression fractures in my lumbar spine. So far, the belt is helping me to be a lot more comfortable. It prevents the hernia from protruding when I strain and holds the abdominal muscles in place, which helps with pain. It helps with my posture so my lower spine feels better. The belt is comfortable. Thankfully, it's NOT one of the rigid ones with boning. I buy those and won't wear them because they're uncomfortable. This one is fine under clothing but I recommend maybe a fitted tank top made of a silky material to wear over it so that clothing doesn't catch on it. I hope it continues to give me relief. I'll update later 🤞

This belt is for my mom who has a prolapsed uterus. She describes the belt as very helpful. As a result, it no longer has pressure on the bladder. Because of her old age, surgery is out of the question for her and so she has some relief from the very disabling symptoms.

Amazing belt if you have...

My fiance bought this belt for me because due to working with heavy freight I have varicose veins in the groin area that made it literally painful to do anything from working to just sitting. Only relief was when I was laying down. With this belt I can do my job with no pain while wearing it. Dr said there was nothing she knew of made for vulvar varicosities and this belt has saved me from having to leave work 3 months early. Literally a life saver. I wear XL but a large worked since it's adjustable. Awkward to wear with the back straps but honestly it's worth it to not be in pain.
