It is wonderful!! I can't believe how good it makes me feel. PLEASE remind your customers to MEASURE exactly where you told them too. It was VERY hard for me to order the size I did because I usually buy clothes in medium. But this is supporting a very different area, and IF it is too tight. It would suck. Mine is perfect. I shared it with my surgeon, who was very impressed as well.

The material is uncomfortable, iand runs very small. Customer service takes days to respond and they don’t accept refunds even though the product is unusable.

( An issue I have with most velcro products) But because of how helpful and comfortable they are, I keep coming back and re-ordering.

Recommended by occupational therapist. Very comfortable and infinitely adjustable because the velcro panel can attach anywhere. I've used a lot of binders like this from different brands, and the nature of this kind of wrap is that the fabric is going to fray from the strong velcro - that's pretty much inevitable. You will have to eventually replace it as you would with any binder of this style. The base fabric is thick enough that it will still last a long time.
